THE ECOSYSTEM EXPLAINED
Flavuor Soft is our software division, this arm will constantly be working on infrastructure and process optimisations within the company using A.I to eventually automate all internal process such as manufacturing, logistics and customer facing app etc. that will allow for smooth upscale and international expansion, In addition, the software for our own manufactured hardware like our 3D printers and bioreactors will be built by this Division, some of the software that is developed through our process can also be licensed to other business as a SAAS model. Which will bring in additional revenue
Currently Flavuor Tech exists, as a software automation tool for other small business to use our software to help build their own website online stores and run social media and ad campaigns. We have also used our software to build internal apps for our RND teams to collaborate on currently all our online stores as well as the site you are viewing is costing us zero in monthly fees this is the first of many vertical integration and process optimisations that will allow us to achieve our goal.
Flavuor Tech is our technology division which will be responsible for the development ,manufacture and sale of our hardware, that we will build from the ground up. This will include the development of cost effective bio-reactors, factory equipment for bio process upscale and eventually our 3D Bio printers which will be sold direct to customers and B2B together with other upcoming and exciting developments which will eventually include infrastructure innovations which will allow the distribution of these low cost meals to underprivileged areas in the world.
Currently Flavuor Tech exists as an online store, which distributes hardware as a reseller. We will use this revenue as we scale operations to invest in our own hardware, Mechanical engineers and other amazing team members to help build this vision.
Flavuor Tech currently Distributes all tech,hardware and lab equipment over 500 products and counting.
Flavuor Meat is our biotechnology sector, this will be responsible for development of cultured meat, plant based and fermentation based innovations. The products that are produced from here will be used within our own products as well as distributed to other business through licensing and the products that are customer facing will be sold direct to retailers and customers. It will include alternative protein products as well our biotechnology products Media, Scafolding and Cell Line, that other companies can either purchase or license depending on product and use. This is only a few of the innovations that will be produced by Flavuor Meat there is a lot more coming soon.
Currently Flavuor Meat is the RND phase, We already have set up our own labs and have expertise. Our main focus for now is creating our cultured meat prototypes. We have made progress on our media and scaffolding and cell lines and are progressing at a good pace.
Our first product we want to produce is cultured chicken.
Flavuor Food will be the Distribution Channel and Main customer facing brand that will allow us to Manufacture and use all the other products that are developed by our other divisions within our own products. It is culmination of everything we do, to create truly unique products. This is the brand where our ultra low meals, alternative proteins and fermentation based products will be eventually be used within, as well sold as raw ingredients to other businesses. Flavuor Food will eventually consist of ready to eat meals, snacks marinades sauces and spices,which will also have our own unique blends.
Currently Flavuor food is an online store with over 100 products a few of these products are already distributed to some retailers. Flavuor food already has full FSSC 22000 and halaal certification this will also allow us to export our products when ready,
Flavuor will achieve our ultimate goal of ending world hunger by creating a vertically integrated (our products are used within our own products) ecosystem of offerings that will allow us to achieve this goal. We will use Flavuor Meat our biotech sector, to develop our alternative proteins which include plant based cultivated and fermentation based products. All the products we develop in flavuor meat will be used within Flavuor food products. Flavuor Tech will be used to develop and distribute our technological innovations such as 3D Printers that will be utilised within Flavuor food products and Flavuor Soft is our software arm that will develop and automate all business operations to further reduce costs and HR. Thus ensuring we keep our employees happy and well paid.
The beauty of this ecosystem is that, not only can we own and design products that no other company can match, in quality,taste, nutrients and price, but by owning the entire value chain this will allow us to optimise every process and reduce unnecessary expenses. This together with other parts of the ecosystem will be allow us to deliver ultra low cost meals around the world.

We will be able to sell and license ever piece of our ecosystem including some of our software to other companies to use for their own products while still keeping the main things that make flavuor unique just for our products,this will push the entire industry forward.
